Fall Festival!

Fall Festival
Monday, October 11th
10am – 12noon
Forest Gate Park
There will be games, crafts, treats and a costume parade! Children (and moms, too) are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and march in our costume parade at 10:30am. Family friendly (not scary) costumes only, please.
We will have a table set-up to decorate treat bags with stickers, markers and other supplies. You are more than welcome to bring a mini pumpkin for your children to decorate, too.
Please RSVP to using the Evite that was sent to all members. If you did not receive it, please RSVP to Amy Enger (amyenger@yahoo.com) with the number of children attending. And don’t forget to bring your lunch!

September Social!!!
Hello everyone! It's that time of year! We are having our annual September Social on September 13th from 9:15 - Noon in Asbury Hall. September Social is a wonderful opportunity to encourage our friends and families whom we think would benefit from our group. Along with fun activities and fellowship, lunch will be served. The cost is $7.00 for members and complimentary for guests! Please feel free to pass along this email and the attached flyer to those you think would be interested. Please note that an RSVP is necessary! Please email or call Lisa Finley at lgfenley@mac.com or 935-718-2577.
We are also using the September Social as an outreach opportunity. Our local Food Banks are in desperate need as revealed on local news reports. Please help those in need and simply bring canned food or boxed dinners to the September Social and we will take them to the local Food Bank. Also as stated in previous emails we are looking for donations of lightly used clothing/items for the Jones family. If you plan to bring them tomorrow Aug 30th...great! But we will also be accepting them at the Social. If you would like their needs re-emailed to you, please let me know. We appreciate your support SO much!

July 12th - Silent Auction Fundraiser and Potluck Brunch!
Join us for our always popular Silent Auction on Monday July 12th from 9:15 - noon and also enjoy a potluck brunch. Have some gifts that weren't quite your style, or some home decor that doesn't quite work anymore? Or maybe some books and toys that you think others would enjoy? These are just a few examples of the things you can bring to our silent auction fundraiser. Also be sure to bring your favorite Brunch dish to share with the group. Food and friends is always sure to be a great combination! See you there!

I am having issues with the Mom2Mom email so I'm posting this here and on Facebook for now until I get it resolved!
Hi everyone! I hope you are all enjoying this rather WARM Memorial Day weekend! Below is the June calendar. Summer is a great time to bring a friend...we can get overwhelmed having our kids off of school so come relax (in air conditioning!!!) with a great group of women while your kids are being well cared for in the nursery. We hope to see you there!
